We offer a 30 days from the date on your receipt/invoice money back satisfaction guarantee for all Spa Slender Body Wrap products and Kits. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your Spa Slender Body Wrap treatments or products, you may return them to us for a refund less any shipping and handling fees and less a 15% reprocessing fee. You may contact us by email or telephone to request an RAF (Return Authorization Form). All returns must accompany a fully completed RAF form and receipt/invoice. All returns must be within our 30 day window policy to be eligible for a refund, No Exceptions. All refunds will be processed shortly after we receive the returned product/s. Note: All customers returning product to us for a refund must follow our guidelines in whole. No Exceptions. Any and all returns are subject to our sole inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny any returns which do not meet our policy guidelines. All merchandise ordered, must be returned in order to qualify for a refund. No Exceptions. All refunds will be processed shortly after we receive your returned merchandise. Eligible refunds may take up to 15 business days to be issued. Refunds will be in the form of credit to your credit card or Pay Pal account or by check.

NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND BACK YOUR RETURNS TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS GIVEN ON THE RMA/RAF FORM. IF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE IS SENT TO US WITHOUT AN RMA/RAF FORM, YOUR RETURN REQUEST WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. FURTHER, IF YOU RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO THE WRONG “RETURN ADDRESS” GIVEN ON THE RMA/RAF FORM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 HANDLING/FORWARDING ADDRESS SHIPPING FEE, IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
